The processing time for orders is 1 business day.

Please check your shipping address carefully!

We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. Postal and delivery services will not forward. If you, the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, then there is no re-delivery service for your order.

USA: 7-10 days
Rest of the world: 7-10 days

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for every product and order amount.

We offer priority processing for an extra $1.95.

Shipping and handling Charges are calculated at the checkout page.


In most cases, the tracking system provides details only once the carrier collects the package. If you cannot track your parcel, please be patient for the tracking to be updated.

The tracking system undergoes updates with each scan at a local depot. If no updates are visible, please revisit the tracking tool later. The package could still be in transit and has not reached a new depot for scanning.

Lost or Stolen Packages

In case the package is marked delivered but not received, please contact our support within 30 days.

Once you report the lost package, we will contact our carrier to locate and recover it.

If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we either reship your order (if stock is available) at no cost or provide a refund.

If you are unable to track your package, please inform us. We will use our tracking system to locate it. If tracking is unsuccessful, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier.

Resolution of such claims typically takes 5 to 7 business days.

We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Our refund/return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. Beyond this period, we don't offer a refund or exchange.
