Return Policy

Return Window: If you encounter any quality issues and wish to return your order, please contact us within 30 calendar days after the delivery date.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please send us an email at contact@pawfun.co.

Return or Replacement Eligibility: Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For a return or replacement, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received, except when the item shows clear damage on arrival. Items returned damaged or with missing parts not due to our error will not be eligible for return. Additionally, any return exceeding the 30-day window will not be accepted.

Important Notes:

  • Please avoid returning orders without prior communication.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Process: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Process: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The time for the refund to reflect varies by payment method.

Refund Costs: In case damaged item on arrival, the return costs are on us. We'll send you the return label by email, and refund the costs as soon as the product arrives in our warehouse. In case of remorse, the customer will not be refunded for the return costs.

Credit/Debit Card: Refund processed within 7 business days.

  • PayPal: Refund sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If issues persist, reach out to us at contact@pawfun.co.

Shipping: To return a product, email contact@pawfun.co for confirmation and further instructions. Returning an item over $50? Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt.

Additional Notes:

  • Consumers bear the shipping fee for non-quality-related returns.
  • Contact contact@pawfun.co for the return address before shipping.
  • Return or replacement is applicable only for devices purchased on pawfun.co.
  • For third-party purchases, contact the respective seller.
  • Accessories must be new and unopened for eligibility.
  • Shipment fee is the responsibility of the customer for all returns.
  • Faulty/DOA devices qualify for a shipping fee reimbursement after inspection.
